As longtime pastor of Weaver Congregational Methodist Church in Weaver,

Alabama, Rev. Keith Merritt understands the needs of pastors and local

churches. His heart is to strengthen congregations and equip pastors with strategies and resources that enable churches to become more effective in fulfilling Christ's calling as His Church.

Davy has served the CMC as church planter and lead pastor of Crosspoint CMC in San Antonio, TX. He now pastors the Mt. Vernon CMC in Laurel, MS. He directs the Mission Ministries department of the CMC as they lead the way for missions and church planting.

Rev. Phil Smith has served as Senior Pastor of the Mt. Vernon

Congregational Methodist Church in Laurel, Mississippi for over twenty

years. He now serves as pastor of the Faith Community CMC in Soso, MS. Bro. Phil has also served the Congregational Methodist Church as Home

Missions Director and Vice-President. Together with tremendous knowledge and experience, his unquestionable integrity is paramount to

the success of the CMC.

The Women's Missionary Union has been an active part of missionary

endeavors of the CMC for many years. Led by Rev. Barbara Campbell, this

motivated group of ladies is a continual source of inspiration through

mission involvement.
